No matter the area of concern, whether it be support 0in managing a health concern or condition, gut health issues or hormonal imbalances, fertility support, the health of your family, disease prevention, or to just fuel and nourish your body suited to the best way for you, we aim to relieve any symptoms, underlying causes, and optimize your health and well-being. This is done by using the most up-to date research and scientific evidence, investigations and possible testing if required.

Initial 1:1 consultations

For new clients, we cover a full assessment of your health concerns and history. Diving deep into any areas of concerns, your symptoms, your current diet and lifestyle. We will also discuss any goals or areas of focus you may be after. This is followed by a individualized treatment plan where we work on your areas of concern using food, recipes, resources and should you require them, supplements. Referrals may be made should we see fit.

Follow up consultation

Continuing on from your first visit, we discuss any barriers that may have arisen, review your goals, how you travelled with your treatment plan and the continuation of your journey. These are just as important as the initial appointment. Something may have been prescribed, which is only a short term implementation. These needs to be discussed to ensure you don’t carry these beliefs throughout your life should they be no longer required.

Chronic health conditions

We are not our condition or disease. However, there is a lot that our diet and lifestyle can do to support certain conditions. However, there is no general way of eating for everyone. We can individualize a specific lifestyle / diet plan tailored to you health requirements.

Diets

Although I am not a big believer in diets, there are certain aspect of some that everyone should include in their day to day way of eating. Especially that of the Mediterranean diet. I like to refer to it as a lifestyle, and not a diet. As we want to implement something which you can maintain for life and not continue on the yo-yo diet bandwagon and end up beating yourself up over because we slip up.

Kids health

Kids health is imperative for the health of their teen and adult years. Supporting them now has a large influence on their later years. Helping families establish good eating patterns and aiding kids in exploring foods is a passion of mine. This can help support them now with their immune health and growth, and follow on into the future.

Also, with so much body image betrayal around, it is important for us to set examples for their health. Its not just for now, its also for them throughout their life.

Gut health

As more and more research is developed, we are discovering how much our gut health has a role in all other aspects of our lives. Another area i am passionate about. There is so much that food and lifestyle can do to support our gut functioning. We can explore this in detail through any of our consultations.
